The Helfit Studio is located on the beautiful Manor Farm, Thornfalcon, just outside Taunton.

Thornfalcon Winery & Press is a 40-acre farm with two vineyards and orchards, a two-acre swimming and wildlife lake, a plentiful organic vegetable garden, a family of chickens, resident swans, and a bevvy of doves.

The Stables have been converted into a PT and Reformer Pilates studio suitable for one-to-one private sessions. Come and train with me at the stunning location, it will bring you joy whilst you focus on becoming your best self.
